The time-lapse I shot and edited for New-York Historical Society is now live on their site! I had the wonderful opportunity to document the installation of Picasso’s “Le Tricorne” – a roughly 20 foot square curtain painted by Picasso for the backdrop of a ballet in 1919. I was honored to be a part of this artistic history, and it was fascinating to document the whole process of delivery, art handling, and installation, including a huge crane lifting the artwork over 35 feet to the second floor of the museum! This time-lapse includes at least seven different takes on the installation! Enjoy!
